Shipping policy

Shipping & Returns: All the orders are packed and sent within 4 business days after receiving the payment. Our products are individually packed and carefully placed in reinforced cardboard boxes. The parcels are sent through Bpost or UPS depending on the country of destination. After your order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of the delivery.
